The short version: this website sets no cookies, loads no fonts, maps, videos or analytics from third parties, and does not track you. It has no contact form. If you only read, no personal record is created on our side.

2. Visiting this website
Pages are served by our hosting provider. Server log data (IP address, time, file requested, browser type) arises for technical reasons and is used for operation and security only, not to identify individual visitors.

3. WhatsApp and e-mail
This site has no form. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes your data under its own terms, over which we have no influence. If you would rather avoid that, use e-mail.
What you send us — including any health information in your message — is used to assess your case and reply. It is passed to the treating physician in Türkiye, for which there is no EU adequacy decision. Where the GDPR applies to you, that transfer rests on your explicit consent under Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR, and additionally on Art. 49(1)(b) where it is necessary for pre-contractual steps you requested. By writing to us with your medical details you are giving that consent; you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted after three years at the latest. If treatment takes place, the statutory retention periods of the treating institution apply to patient records. We delete earlier on request where no legal obligation prevents it.
5. Your rights

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, usually the one where you habitually reside (Art. 77 GDPR), and with the Turkish data protection authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
6. No cookies, no third-party content
Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts. There are no social media plug-ins, no embedded maps and no external video. That is why you see no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. The exception is the moment you click the WhatsApp button yourself, which opens a connection to WhatsApp.
